    I've recently been making changes to my diet as I want to transition to vegan for my own health. I always think it's so complicated and hard, expensive work in the kitchen but these easy videos have really inspired me. I cant wait to try those loaded potatoes and I love the look of the vegan spaghetti bolognese and chickpea curry. I shop at Tesco too and I have 3 kids so time and money is a thing.     I am so glad that I've finally been confirmed negative from this virus after so many misleading advises from people stating that this virus does not have a cure, this made me live a long time with this virus Herpes taking antiviral medications to manage it whenever I have an outbreak.
