My daughter is vegan. She subscribed to some vegan food delivery service but cancelled. She had two bags of dinner left. I threw em all into instant pot because she didn’t want them. That’s how I found this channel.

I watched Game Changers on Netflix. Tried to go plant based but I was always getting tired. Probably too many vegan hot dogs (tofu) so I said forget it. I think subbing you and armed now with an instant pot I’ll give er another whirl.

I'm new to the Instant Pot and have been terrified of mine b/c of the high learning curve. This video makes me want to tackle that damn thing and start making all of your recipes! I just bought your book – can't wait to get started! P.S. Quitting being a lawyer was the BEST decision I ever made! I've never looked back. Glad you're happier now too~! 💖
