difference between maple syrup and brown sugar? one is concentrated tree sap. one is concentrated sugarbeet/sugarcane juice. no flame but they're virtually the same to me. both are fine in moderation IMO. poison is in the dose.

Excellent channel!!! I'm not a big commenter on any social media but you deserve a tip of the hat sir. I'm not even a vegan, I eat vegan on Wednesdays and Fridays for religious reasons, and I find myself wanting to eat these recipes outside of my two fast days. I look forward to your recipes, cooking tips and your conversations in between.

First video I've seen of yours, subscribed, I'm confident I made the right choice, best of luck with the channel. I'm tempted to try both recipes out. Also, glad you're talking up the use of soy curls, in the UK they're not so easy to find but I like using TVP and it's not hard to add oil back in.

This has become my favourite cooking channel in a very short amount of time. Everything about your videos is great and a treat to watch. (The only thing I miss are times and degrees whenever something disappears into the oven, but I don't mind that much as they are on your beautiful homepage). All the best!
