GRANOLA BOWLS (can make 1)
1/2 – 1 cup vegan yogurt
1 cup fresh berries/fruit of preference
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup handmade granola (I employed this: http://www.simplyquinoa.com/maca-maple-quinoa-granola/)
In one mason jar, include yogurt, fruit, chia and cinnamon. In a separate include the granola. When ready to provide, position contents of both of those jars into a bowl and enjoy!
MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP SMOOTHIE (makes 1)
1 medium banana
1/2 of an avocado, diced
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
1/4 cup contemporary mint
2 – 3 cups spinach
Include all elements into a freezer risk-free bag or container and put in freezer. When prepared to provide, blend contents of bag with 1 – 2 cups of your preferred plant milk (I like unsweetend chocolate almond milk) and take pleasure in!
