Study how to food prep in my initially ever meal prep video! Today we are learning how to make 5 times value of easy vegan meals which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very simple recipes, tremendous healthful and just scrumptious!

GRANOLA BOWLS (can make 1)
1/2 – 1 cup vegan yogurt
1 cup fresh berries/fruit of preference
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup handmade granola (I employed this: http://www.simplyquinoa.com/maca-maple-quinoa-granola/)

In one mason jar, include yogurt, fruit, chia and cinnamon. In a separate include the granola. When ready to provide, position contents of both of those jars into a bowl and enjoy!

1 medium banana
1/2 of an avocado, diced
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
1/4 cup contemporary mint
2 – 3 cups spinach

Include all elements into a freezer risk-free bag or container and put in freezer. When prepared to provide, blend contents of bag with 1 – 2 cups of your preferred plant milk (I like unsweetend chocolate almond milk) and take pleasure in!

    Ive just found out im gluten and wheat intolerant so now ive gone from veggie to vegan ive tried a few of your receioes they are awesome i just did the coconut curry and most of the breakfasts thank you im hooked on your receipes and videos.
