TEA INFUSED CHIA SEED JAM:

1 tbsp Rishi Tangerine Ginger free leaf tea
1/2 cup scorching drinking water

2 tbsp chia seeds

    i know im a bit late to comment, i was thinking about going vegan and i wanted to know what the lifestyle was all about so todayi was searching for vegan channels and i came across your's and after watching a few videos i made a decision to subscribe to ur channel…ur cooking looks awesome, but less salt or no salt thing i think i'll have to go slowly in that route coz i like salt in my food…also may i just say u remind me of the actress i forgot her name right this minute but she played Queen Mary of Scotland in the series "Reign" …lol
