(1 serving)
* 1/2 an apple
* 1/2C Oatmeal
* 1 cup plant milk
* 1T chia seeds
* optional stevia or sugar

Deconstructed Shepherds Pie:
(5 servings)
5 potatos + enough butter/salt/milk as you need to make mashed potatoes
1C lentils
1 large carrot
1/2c corn
1 small onion
1/2c peas
1 package mushrooms
1T veggie bullion
2-3T tomato paste
1T rosemary
1T thyme
1/2t garlic
1/2t paprika

Roasty Bowl
(feeds as many servings as you make)
Cashew Cream:
1C cashews
2 cloves garlic
pinch salt
1/2 lemon juice
1T nutritional yeast
1/2c water (add more if necessary)

Chickpea salad:
2C chickpeas
small handful parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 lemon

Then any veggies and potatoes you wish to roast.
