    I may not be vegan myself, but I always enjoy watching your videos. I have reduced my meat intake and increased the amount of vegetables, fruits and whole grains that I consume. Additionally, I have greatly increased my water intake and drink hot tea when I amm craving soda or unhealthy drinks. I truly feel so much better. Thank you for the inspiration to be more healthy!

    I highly advise against draining your beans. They make the best vegetable broth replacement but even better than vegetable broth because it's very thick and flavorful. Draining your beans is also throwing out a lot of nutrients.

    The reason they are living longer is because of the meat. Vegan and plant based diets are just that… die t. Dr. McDougall looks like he's 90 years old, and he's only 74. The PB/ vegan diet ages you very rapidly. Just look at Fully Raw Kristina. She looks like a woman in her 50's. Freelee the banana girl looks old and haggard. I can't believe you put your precious children on this stupid DIET! Max is not growing. He looks exactly like he did last year. Stop starving your children. They need foods that are found in breast milk, fat and cholesterol! Breast milk is perfect food for babies. If they are to continue to grow, they need to keep eating foods like eggs, butter, meat, fish, and dairy. You keep making videos saying this is a weight loss diet. Your children don't need to lose weight.
