► BLENDER BANANA BREAD:
Ingredients
2 ½ cups aged-fashioned rolled oats
3 ripe bananas medium-sized
¼ cup maple syrup
2 huge eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt

Technique
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a loaf pan with foil and spray.
Blend all substances (besides optional toppings) in a blender or foods processor.
Pour into loaf pan. Incorporate optional toppings if wanted.
Bake for about 40 minutes, right until a toothpick comes out thoroughly clean.
Let loaf to great totally ahead of removing from the pan.

    When I’m out of tahini, I just use toasted sesame oil. Tastes great and no worries about nut allergies (I hope)

    I did this a year ago, and let me tell you, it fed my family for well over a week, and we had already given alot of it away to friends.

    The banana bread specifically is a favorite. And im constantly asked to make it again!

    Unfortunately I had only one burner and a toaster oven so it definitely took longer than an hour but its so worth the work!
