    Made a large batch of the Moroccan chick pea soup for a family gathering and the kids were coming back for 2nds and 3rds. Managed to freeze a small amount for later and it was excellent too!

    A huge amount of salt! Pink colour doesnt mean anything, it is salt with sodium and causes higlh blood pressure.

    Your videos are excellent and your recipes are delicious. We are in our mid-60s and transitioning from life as healthy-eating omnivores to an almost exclusively plant-based diet (difficult to cut out eggs and fish, though). We are going to order your book to support your efforts, your videos have been so helpful to us. We love the direct, focused style of instruction you use, please don't change.
