You’re going to love how easy it is to make this Air Fryer Kale Chips recipe. This is a healthy snack that is made vegan, keto, gluten-free, paleo, and sugar-free. Making kale chips in the air fryer is so much easier than in the oven, and you don’t have to heat up your kitchen!

1 batch curly kale, washed and removed from stems and patted dry
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
sprinkle of sea salt and ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the kale leaves, olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.
Use your hands to massage the toppings into the kale leaves.
Pour the kale into the basket of your air fryer.
Cook on 390 degrees F for 6-7 minutes, or until they are crispy.
Serve warm, or at room temperature.
