ALMOND MILK

Components

20 almonds (6-8 almonds for 1 glass and 1 cup water)
5 dates (2 dates per glass)

Method

1. Just take almonds in a big bowl and soak right away with enough water. Drain and clean.
2. Soak dates in h2o for ½ hour.
3. Incorporate the almonds in a blender jar, increase ¼ cup h2o and mix until coarsely ground.
4. Incorporate dates and 1¾ cups h2o and mix until easy.
5. Provide or use as required straight away. This milk can only be saved for 1 working day.
