Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every weight loss system that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to shed and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Okibetonic Secrets because my friend who told me amazing things about it and so far to date I have successfully dropped 16 pounds within 4 weeks!

Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some advice now. Look for a popular fat loss system called Okibetonic Secrets (look on google search engine). Thanks to it I've lost lots of weight. I shouldn't even be speaking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood right now so I'll share the wealth lol.

Virtually all "scientific" info in this video is wrong and misleading (with the only exception of the fact that sodium IS indeed very important). For instance, if glucose was that important for our bodies, humanity would have gone extinct a long time ago, because we wouldn't be able to fast at all. Rather, people run better on fat (and in fact, the body actually stores excess energy as FAT, so that to me is a hint that fat might be the preferred source). You can live on carbs and not gain weight by not eating fats alongside, but eating a low carb diet with moderate to high levels of good fats will certainly make you healthier, on top of making you lose the same, or more, weight.

hi i am afraid of not getring enough essential fats in this diet although i love it.. if i eat chia hemp or flaxseed and some walnuts or other nuts the day and a bit of avocado i am already at 43 gramms of fat so waaay to much:( but i would love to eat less fats than this.. so can u say approximately how much chia or so would be enough per day ? i dont want to make my body feel bad or loose period or so.. so i am concerned about this sadly. would be great if it would be enough to eat nuts every few days and a bit chia per day or so?! best regards i hope u can help. ally

Great when you're young, the body masks many vices but long term vegans often look drab and listless.

hmmm 2100kcal … Doesn't it depend on how much activity you have? Because if I want to loose weight there's no way eating 2100 and burning 1700? Or your theory Matt is because of what we eat we'll loose weight anyway? Or just burn i.e.2500kcal what is impossible for me during week. For me after kito diet, candida and many more I feel that GI and GL are important for me

Any recommendations for diabetics? I’ve always been told low carbs, low fat, low sugar, low fruit. My doctor currently has me in the south beach diet and exercise of a minimum 1 hour 5 days a week. I’m not seeing a change and would like some help.

I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and have found that this is by far the healthiest lifestyle I've chosen. I came to it from eating low carb and high animal fat to high carb low fat oil free. I lost weight, lowered my blood pressure, corrected my cholesterol and improved my energy so much that I am in martial arts classes 5 times a week. I love this diet and will never look back

Hey, I'm also vegan and i intermittent fast 8 hours on and 16 hours off, i Feel great and eat well, however I always get confused with how many calories I should be taking in. I'm 5ft3 and weigh 55kg. My trainer at the gym told me i need to be eating around 1300 a day (NOT THAT I DO) i think i would starve, but it did start me thinking how many should i be having being female and small enough. I have a huge appetite and eat mainly fruits and raw veg? would appreciate the feedback from someone who also lives the lifestyle, I find it hard to take information when i know the people eat and live and totally different way from me
