Hi, I am Naga Chakravarthula. People prefer a vegetarian diet for many reasons. As I said in the comment culture section, planning and preparation are essential in cooking vegetarian meals. Vegetarians need to include a variety of foods that are rich in nutrients and proteins to have a healthy and balanced diet. They need to keep their ingredients and utensils ready before cooking. It saves time. I think vegetarians should make a weekly timetable of their meal plan. Apart from this menu, it is also essential to keep a copy of animal-derived food additives and preservatives list. Vegetarians should be careful in their grocery purchases as some food manufacturers use animal-derived food preservatives and additives in vegetarian food products.
