They’re all vegan, easy to place with each other, scrumptious and rather healthier as perfectly. Influenced by your instagram suggestions I have arrive up with loads of fun recipes, these types of as a homemade vegan cheese toast, savory breakfast muffins and a peanut butter banana breakfast burrito! Substances & NOTES

#1 Sweet Breakfast Burrito :36

1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp h2o
1 medium to substantial tortilla
1 modest to medium banana
1 heaping tbsp runny peanut butter
a drizzle of vegan nutella
optional:
1 tsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp cocoa nibs
1 handful of raspberries

#2 Savory Carrot Cakes 2:26

¼ cup (60g) unsweetened applesauce
1 cup (250ml) non dairy milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil
2 cups + 1 tbsp (250g) flour (white spelt flour or all goal)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder

fillings: (or get artistic and add your very own)
1 medium carrot, shredded
1-2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup (45g) olive chunks
about ¼ cup (60g) smoked tofu, lower into chunks
a handful of nuts and soy beans, roasted
provide w fresh veggies and hummus or consider on the go as is

→ yields 12 cakes
→ provide hummus, sesame seeds, environmentally friendly onion or as is
bake for all over 30 min 180C

#3 Savory Peanut Toast 4:07

right away pickle:
1 medium carrot
1 medium zucchini
1 sheet of nori
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ tbsp agave syrup or sugar
⅓ – ½ cup (80ml-125ml) water
½ cup (125ml) vinegar (if possible white wine vinegar)
→ yields enough veggies for 3-4 toasts

for serving:
2 items of toast
some of the right away pickled veggies
peanut butter, crunchy unsweetened
sprinkle of sesame seeds

#4 Cherry Chocolate Protein Smoothie 5:22

1 ¼ cup (200g) pitted cherries, frozen
½ cup (125ml) non dairy milk
2 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsp almond butter or cashew butter
3 tsp agave or maple syrup
100 – 125 g (3.5 – 4.4 oz) silken tofu
→ yields 1 large smoothie

#5 Handmade Vegan Cheese (toast) 6:10

for the cheese:
1 cup (250ml) soy product ​​
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
⅓ cup (70g) white almond OR cashew butter
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 ¼ tsp miso paste
½ tsp garlic powder
2 ½ tsp agar agar powder
¼ cup (60ml) drinking water
optional:1-2 drops yellow food stuff coloring or ¼ tsp turmeric

also: 1 10cm springform pan
toast, tomatoes, basil and hummus for serving.

#6 Chai Latte Breakfast Parfaits 8:40

for the crumble portion:
1 handful of cashews or almonds, roasted for about 8 min (35 – 50g)
½ cup dates (75g)
⅔ cup oats (60g)
pinch of salt
½ tsp cinnamon*
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
2-5 tbsp non dairy milk, included 1 tbsp at a time – add enough until finally you’re delighted with the consistency!
*(plus optionally chai spices, like a dash of cardamom, ginger etc)

for the chai custard:
1 cup (240ml) non dairy milk
2 chai tea baggage
½ cup (125ml) soy product or coconut milk
1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup (60ml) water
1-2 tbsp sugar or liquid sweetener

→ serves 2
→ sense totally free to incorporate some fruit OR swap the custard for yogurt!

    Du scheinst irgendwie einen riesigen Gefrierschrank zu haben. Mein Gefrierfach ist schon fast voll wenn ich Eiswürfel und eine Suppe drin habe 😀 Vielleicht wäre das auch noch eine Idee für zukünftige Videos? Rezepte für Menschen mit wenig Platz für Stauraum (Konserven, Tiefkühlsachen und Co) . Und – falls du das nicht schon hast – gesunde, kalorienarme Rezepte? Vielleicht sogar möglichst basenreiche Rezepte (ich esse zu säurereich), dazu scheint es kaum was zu geben. Aber ist vielleicht auch ein bisschen sehr speziell.

    I saw a similar recipe for cheese (with cashews though) and then it was rolled in herbs after – and it was easy to make, looked super fancy and tasted amazing!

    the sweet breakfast wraps remind me of the super simple ones i used to make: spread peanut butter, slice banana and top off with mixed nuts, you could toast the wrap for it to "melt" a bit and the banana will get soft and sweet 💖
