Nice. Definitely affordable. But are you really eating an entire can of kidney beans with each meal?? That’s quite a lot. Don’t think I could handle all those legumes in one sitting.

As a vegan lifter (5×200 kg deadlift a week ago pops! You proud? :D) these are some of the most important videos you publish. I know you want to make some money off the cookbook, but I would make the case that you definitely should keep doing the bodybuilder meal preps as they can be extremely helpful when trying to turn other lifters vegan πŸ™‚ these are just amazing!

If I use any sauce I use tahini. I love taste of cooked veg and beans so I usually eat them without. I'm waiting for more meals prep videos

great job, Paul! Boiled potato is the MOST satiating on the planet!! May end up a little bland but just add some veg stock or something when boiling them and BAM you're good!

I've gotta ask. Not including supps, what is a 'normal' Β£ per week for food for you and where (supermarket) in your view gives the best cost Vs quality? Thanks.

Nice! The sauce really helps. I like to sprinkle herbs on my veggies, and some amino acid liquid (like Bragg's).

Maybe next time add tahini into the meal to increase the fat. It won't change that much the budget
