Chickpea patties – 2 minute vegan [vegan for beginners]

Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas (drain the chickpeas and retain 1/8 cup of aquafaba for this recipe)
4T peanut butter
1t paprika
4 slices of stale bread
1 massive carrot
1 massive zucchini (courgette)
2 body fat chillis
1 clove of garlic
1 handful of coriander (the leaves and the stems)
1/2 purple onion
oil for frying
lettuce
tomatoes
breadrolls
mayo (see my recipe if you want to make it with the leftover aquafaba)
