3 tbsp malaysian curry powder ( or your favourite curry powder )
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt ( or taste! )
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup canned coconut milk
3/4 cup white beans ( of option, Navy, Cannellini, Lima Beans ) – already cooked
1/2 cup extensive grain white rice

Heat a large pan with a lid on medium warmth. The moment scorching add oil, onion, garlic, ginger and 1 tbsp curry powder. Sauté for 3-4 minutes than include mushrooms, include with a lid for 2 minutes than uncover and let them get somewhat browned.

At the time mushrooms have browned a bit add black pepper, salt, turmeric, coconut milk, the relaxation of the curry powder, spinach, beans, rice and water. Combine truly nicely, protect with a lid and cook right until rice is absolutely carried out ( about 20-25 minutes ). Provide with lime!

3 big ripe bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp plant milk of selection
1 cup full wheat flour
1/2 cup coconut flour ( sub for much more total wheat flour or oat flour )
1/2 cup oat flour ( sub for more complete wheat flour )
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
48g walnuts
63g peanuts
65g chocolate chips ( darkish chocolate )

Preheat over to 350F

Mash bananas in a significant bowl, include delicate coconut oil, coconut sugar, milk and salt to the bowl and combine really very well. Increase flour and baking powder, mix in 75% of the way then add nuts and chocolate then finish mixing.

Oil a muffin tin ( my tin helps make smaller muffins so if you make much larger ones they will consider lengthier in the oven ). Distribute the batter out evenly then bake for 26-29 minutes. If you have a substantial tin consider 32-35 minutes. ( *they really don’t puff up a good deal with the coconut flour* but if you use only full wheat flour they will rise more, so preserve that in thoughts )

Here are some suggestions for coconut flour: I always eyeball it but I'm trying my best to give some measurements

1- Mash up a ripe banana with some tahini (2 tbs), add 2-3 tbs of coconut flour, and maybe a drizzle of maple syrup. Mix everything and make small balls. You can add the cocoa powder as well.

2- Mix some tahini and coconut flour (equal parts). Add some sweetener (e.g., maple syrup), and toasted nuts (e.g., walnuts, pecans whatever you have or you can ditch nuts completely). Mix them up and stick it in the fridge for an hour. This is great with coffee.

To use up coconut flour: mix coconut flour, tahini, and maple syrup to taste to make snack balls
