Substances:
#1 Avocado & Bean Pizza Quesadillas
2 tortillas
1 tbsp hummus
½ avocado
a handful of purple kidney beans (or a good deal extra men I’m sorry lol)
1 tbsp dietary yeast
a squeeze of lemon juice
2-3 tbsp marinara sauce
*serves 1-2
#2 Lazy Lentil Dhal with Rice Noodles
1-2 onions, about chopped
1 tsp garam masala OR: ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp cumin, ¼ tsp garlic powder, 1 dash of black pepper, ½ tsp dried ginger
1 cup red lentils (200g)
1 tbsp tomato purée
2 cups veggie broth (500ml)
1 can coconut milk
a splash of drinking water
½ cup marinara sauce (125ml)
salt to flavor if required
a handful clean basil or parsley
200g rice noodles (7oz)
2 handfuls infant spinach, optional
→ serves 2
#3 Roasted Sweet Potato Chickpea Bowl
1 medium sized sweet potato
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1-2 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp dried herbs
salt to flavor
juice of ½ lemon
½ cup chickpeas (120g)
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
fresh new basil
hummus, lemon juice for serving
→ serves 1
#4 Vegan Mac and Cheese
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 ½ tsp flour
¾ cup non dairy milk – ¼ cup at a time (180ml – 60 ml at a time)
2 ½ tbsp dietary yeast
1 tbsp fresh new lemon juice
salt, pepper to flavor
1 tsp miso paste, optional (for occasion mugi miso)
1-2 handfuls of grated vegan cheese – just one that melts!
225g pasta (7,9 oz)
→ serves 2

Me and my mom made the Lentil Dahl and it was soo good! It served my whole family! We also had some leftovers too! (4 people) Just a suggestion! 🙂

Ich bin genervt, wie viele unnötig negative Kommentare hier sind. Als nicht-Veganer fand ich dein Video sehr interessant und inspirierend, und vielleicht werde ich die mal ausprobieren 🙂
That red lentil thing we call it as dhal ,parupu and many other names in India. We eat it at least once a week here. Like we don't use red lentils that much but we do use yellow ones. If you want a Spicer version. Try a recipe called Andhra pappu. You can add that to add to rice, tortilla (chapati), rice pancakes (dosa), rice cakes(idli) and many other dishes too.
*top it off with an actual amount of beans.
