Why don’t vegans use honey instead of maple syrup? My husband is a beekeeper and so we have honey readily available.

Your videos are awesome…your time saving quick fixes for easy meals are the best…and your family is so lucky to have someone cook such delicious meals for their health and well being. PS Loved a couple of the goof ups…was it juice of the lime or lime of the juice…who cares…the recipe was great…like all of them.

Hi Kiki: Im working on going plant based and inching my way there. You are really helpful. Thank you. I just tried the Citrus Hummus Dressing and I enjoyed it. Next up is going to be the Low Fat Thai Peanut. I bought the Starch Solution Book as you recommended. I want to buy one of your cookbooks and wondering which one would help me the most. I plan on doing the 50/50 and it would help that the book shows the 50/50 combos in pictures and recipes. Does any of your books do that. I love your recipes and your channel.

Tried the hummus dressing and it was really nice. I made the mistake of making a huge leafy salad though, and it was a struggle at the end to finish it. I got nausea and everything. I think I'm just going to be a 1/2 side salad eater.
