Open FOR RECIPES! Nowadays we are whipping up some quick vegan recipes that are ideal for university, get the job done, and kids’ lunches! My dietician close friend Hannah (@todaywillbedelicious) is assisting me make these lunches and sharing some nutrition ideas. Broccoli Cheese Soup:
1/2 smaller white onion, diced
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped into bite-dimensions parts
1 tbsp oil or vegan butter for cooking onion & carrots
2 tbsp vegan butter
3 tbsp flour – all reason or brown rice flour (gluten no cost) perform
1 1/2 cups almond or other non-dairy milk
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
black pepper to style
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 cup vegan cheddar shreds or 1/4 cup dietary yeast
