One particular Tray Roast
4 cloves of garlic
1 pink onion
1 purple pepper
1 courgette
1kg baby potatoes
6 vegan sausages
Large handful of cherry tomatoes
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
1 tbsp mixed herbs

60g basil
1/4 cup further virgin olive oil
A squeeze of fresh new lemon
Salt and black pepper
A handful of crushed pine nuts
2-4 cloves of garlic


1 cup of plant primarily based milk
1 cup of flour
3 tbsp cornflour
Salt and black pepper to flavor
1 tsp garlic granules
Soy sauce
OPTIONAL – Breadcrumbs blended with 2 tbsp corn flour

2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp clean ginger
2 tbsp of Maple syrup
3 tbsp of brown sugar
3 tbsp of soy sauce
3-4 tbsp of h2o
1 tbsp of tomato puree
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp of h2o

    The 2nd recipe u showed is very close to a indo-chinese dish named ''chili gobi" The difference is that we fry the cauliflower and instead of flour we use cornflour also tomato sauce both in the sauce and batter. Many people prefer it soft rather than crispy tho

    These both look amazing and I cannot wait to try them. Back when I was a meat eater, I used to make Mongolian Beef…in fact I made it last night for dinner using vegan beef less strips from tesco, a seitan “beef”. Your sticky sauce looks very similar to the sauce for the Mongolian “beef”. If it feels too sweet for some, try adding some fresh citrus juice to liven it up. I bet that would work well with this cauliflower too. This will be dinner next week and I cannot wait. Thanks!
