1. ZIGUA TRIBE

🇹🇿 CALF INTESTINES: Cleanse and braid the intestines. Blend with the tripe. In a large pot, include the intestines and prepare dinner for 10 minutes. Incorporate salt, water and lime.

🇹🇿 LIVER: Clean and chop liver. In a little pot, add liver. Insert salt and ginger. Stir. Hang the meat overnight.

🇹🇿 BBQ MEAT: Protect meat with salt. Slice a slits in the legs. Add ginger, garlic and lime juice. Rub sauce on meat.

🇹🇿 MANDAZI: Pour in wheat flour and insert sugar. Mix. Include sunflower oil and combine. Increase yeast and combine. Insert warm water and mix. Knead into a ball. Roll out and minimize into styles. In a wok, increase sunflower oil and fry.

🇹🇿 TEA: Boil drinking water, include tea grass, ginger and sugar.

🇹🇿 RICE CAKE: In a bowl, pour rice flour, wheat flour and corn porridge. Add sugar, yeast and heat water and blend.

🇹🇿 PORRIGE: In a wooden vessel, increase soaked corn and pound into corn powder. Sieve. In a pot, increase drinking water and corn powder. Cook dinner for about 20 minutes. Incorporate salt and keep on stirring.

🇹🇿 PILAU: In a pot, increase chopped beef and prepare dinner. In a separate pot, increase oil, purple onion, combine. Include ground ginger and garlic mix. Add ground spices (cardamom, cinnamon, and cumin). Add meat and blend. Increase salt. Include water
