I recommend that you sear, broil, or boil the tomatillos before blending them in a sauce. Much better taste/texture.

I came across Nasoya's Vegan Korean Barbecue Steak the other day and was wondering if you maybe were planning on making something like that in the future.

Ok so I have never had just egg and I really wanna know does it taste good? Also is the texture close to real egg? I'm very weird about textures of food not being right and I have tried Impossible meat and I absolutely love it so I wanna know if just egg is good?

Would love more of these vegan meal prep videos. I'm a vegetarian who is trying to become vegan and I really think prepping all my vegan meals would help!

my vegan scramble: about 70% mashed tofu and 30% chickpea flour batter (runny, water or half water half milk). Black salt, optional turmeric since the chickpea flour is already yellowish, any herbs you want. Chickpea batter in a modest quantity like this to me has a near-grainy richness resembling yolk.

If using silken tofu, just mash in pan and reduce the amount of chickpea batter. Honestly mixing silken and firm is banging, but probably not worth it unless you have tofu leftovers

Just an fyi. Just egg isn’t vegan, due to animal testing.

I always thought you have to cook tomatillos slightly to cook out some type of toxin. I know boiling them for ten minutes will get rid of the shine like it does for jalapeños.

Couldn't agree more, so tough to find vegan burritos in the store, and I also eat gluten free so it's practically impossible. I'll definitely be trying out this recipe. Fantastic video, thanks!!!
