CHIA SEEDS PUDDING
Take a bowl and add chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup.
Mix and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning top it with fruits and nuts of your choice and serve.

CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
Take a bowl and add chia seeds, coconut milk, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, maple syrup.
Mix and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning top it with fruits and nuts of your choice and serve.

OATMEAL
Cook oats with water and a pinch of salt.
Add maple syrup and mix well.
Top it with fruits and nuts of your choice and serve.

GRANOLA BOWL
Add granola and coconut milk to a bowl and mix well.
Let it sit for 5mins and top it with banana and peanut butter.
Serve with some sprinkled chia seeds.
