Ingredients:
Rice = 2 cup
Potato = 1 big boiled & mashed
Onion = 1 medium chopped
Carrot = 1 chopped
Capsicum = 1 small chopped
Tomato = 1 chopped
Coriander leaves few chopped
Ginger = 1 inch grated
Curry leaves few chopped
Red chilli powder = 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
Cumin/jeera = 1tsp
Salt to taste
Eno fruits salt 1tsp
Oil = 3-4 TBSP

For Chutney –

1/4 cup split grams
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 cloves garlic
chopped coriander leaves
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
Water as required: 1/4 cup
