This smoothie keeps me full until lunch, replaces my coffee and helps sustain my energy throughout the day. I no longer have an afternoon energy crash. I’ve also noticed better mental clarity and clearer skin. Travis has also lost 10 pounds since we started drinking this smoothie (just a few months ago).
