    WOW ROSE! i reckon thats the BEST and CHEAPEST and EASIEST and YUMMIEST looking meal prep ive seen. EVER!

    I made this pretty much exactly as shown, I was so excited I barely slept. I did make mine oil free and it looks fabulous, only tasted the chili so far and it is amazing, thank you!!!!

    So I would never eat any of the food you eat. Lol no offense intended. But I love your attitude and filming still. And sometimes catch myself,watching your videos anyways. I am a raw vegan. And I know it isn't your target audience. But was wondering ,if you would do a cheep lazy raw video? Thanks for the consideration.     loved the simplicity and rose.
    I have to disagree with the bouillon cube though when cooking veggies. IF you already have a bunch of veggies the cube only adds salt, so you might as well add that for even cheaper. IF NOT full of veggies though, the cube is a great cheat yes!

    CHILI INGREDIENTS:
    1 T oil, water OR veggie broth
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 med carrots, diced
    1 c frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 T chili powder *
    1 T Korean chili powder *
    [* OR just 2 T of regular chili powder]
    1 t paprika
    1/2 T garlic powder
    1/2 T cumin
    1 veggie bouillon cube
    ROASTED VEGGIES & CHICKPEAS:
    1 very large sweet potato, large chop
    1 large potato, large chop
    1 large carrot, large chop
    1 bell pepper, large chop
    1 big broccoli, chop florets
    1 T avocado oil per baking tray (2)
    1/4 t salt per tray
    1/2 T Italian seasoning per tray
    Black pepper to taste
    1/2 t garlic powder per tray
    [Separate pan]
    1 can drained chickpeas
    1 T avocado or olive oil
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1 t reg or smoked paprika
    1/4 t salt
    Sprinkling of black pepper
    400Β°F, roast for 20 minutes
    SCRAMBLED TOFU:
    1 T oil
    1 T minced garlic
    1 c frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 block extra firm tofu, crumbled
    3 T nutritional yeast
    1/2 T garlic powder
    1/2 T onion powder
    1/2 t cumin
    1/2 t paprika
    1/2 t turmeric
    1/2 t black pepper
    1/4 t salt
    SAUCES:
    1) PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE
    1/3 c peanut butter
    1 T maple syrup or agave nectar
    2 T lemon juice
    1 T soy sauce
    1/2 T garlic powder
    Thin with 1 T water at a time
    2) SALSA, jar or homemade

    My favorite meal prep recipes are Rose's black bean patties and Kate Flowers broccoli slaw salad.

    I love Rose! She always has the best ideas and her dishes are delicious.
