I want someone to make bars for people that have an oat allergy…

I love these recipes and how simple yet amazing they are. Super helpful

More instant pot recipes please! 😄

  • at 5:12 pm

Do you use tahini which delighted with water or you use it in it raw form?

  • at 2:09 am

Just the way you cook tofu, oh yeah

  • at 5:00 pm

I did the stew few days and it's delicious! Even my husband, who was very sceptical, finally loved it 😁

  • at 8:22 pm

OMG, I can't wait to try all of these!!!! Looks amazing!!!!

  • at 11:38 pm

All 3 of these recipes look amazing! I'm in Australia so it's Summer here but I'm definitely going to be having the soup and stew on hand for when I go back to work in a weeks time. Thanks Caitlin! x

Does the tofu work without the press?

  • at 10:02 pm

It would be great if you did recipes for people with IBS or following a low FODMAP diet 💖💖💖 no onion or garlic sorry 😭😭

  • at 8:36 am

The soup im excited to make 🙂

  • at 12:08 pm

Saving this so I can make those apple bars 🤤

  • at 12:10 pm

I have raw sesame seeds already in my pantry so hopefully I don't ruin everything trying to make my own tahini

  • at 7:21 pm

    You are such a cutie😍 I love your videos, you're great!😊

  • at 2:35 am

I'm going to study in the US for a year next year and I hope you still have the thrive market discounts then because I can't wait to subscribe to them!!

Loved the instant pot recipe ❤️

  • at 9:03 pm

Such great recipes!! Those caramel apple breakfast bars look so good!!

  • at 11:19 pm

These all look FABULOUS–no surprise! The peanut stew, salted caramel apple bars, and Thai curry soup are definitely on my list of recipes to try!

  • at 1:30 am

Omg the sweet potato and red lentil stew was sooooo good. I forgot to add ginger and I did diced tomato instead of crushed Nd it was good. The peanut butter was just enough to taste but not over power the dish

Please keep doing more meal prepping ideas!

Hi Caitlin, firs off I love your channels. I've tried several of your recipes and they are absolutely amazing!!! My concern is about your use of tofu and soy. Tofu/soy has been regarded as an unhealthy choice. The soybeans have been genetically modified in the US in 1994. It is stated that it can weaken your immune system..what are your thoughts on those reviews? Are you willing to eliminate tofu from your recipes?

  • at 6:27 pm

girl I have no idea why (I'm not a vegan), but I have watched almost all of your videos NONSTOP for the past week. Like literally since the beginning of your channel. I'm obsessed, and have been incorporating so many more plant foods into my diet.

Thanks for making these videos helpful and inspiring for everyone 🙂

I love my instapot. I found myself making oil free dishes because the instapot infuses flavors so well, I don't need to sauté anything.

I love your dishes. They are clever and look delicious. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos. I've made a few videos. It's quite a lot of work.

  • at 10:53 pm

THIS! Such awesome winter comfort foods

  • at 2:38 am

Yum, those recipes all look delicious. I'm going to try those breakfast bars, and using peanut butter and tomato in a dish, gonna try that. Thanks for the great ideas.

  • at 12:35 am

How many serves does the sweet potato, lentil and peanut stew make? Can't wait to make it! I made the breakfast bar this week and it was YUM!

  • at 9:50 pm

So I was going through thrive market because I've been dying to try buying products from them. However, there is a California prop 65 warn on the majority of products and it concerns me a lot. I'm just questioning why someone who posts such great videos about health, etc would share their products? Did you just not know? I'm still staying subscribed because you seem like a genuine person and I love the food videos, I want to go vegan, but I think we should all be aware…

  • at 10:20 am

How do you press the Tofu?

  • at 11:35 pm

Toot that horn, girl 👀🎉🎉. Will try the stew tonight. Better than another pasta day. Looks like about the same amount of effort (have chopped sweet potatoes sooo😎)
    Thanks 👍🏾

What are the cool drawings or paintings behind you in your intro and outro? You should do a video showing us them and explaining them and shAring more of your personal learning <3

She talks like Ross from 'Friends' haha 🙂

  • at 9:38 pm

But oats arent gluten free 🙁

  • at 1:59 pm

    love your videos 💖

  • at 9:12 am

Hey I’m newly vegetarian and I was wondering is there any other type of meat replacement? I really dislike tofu.

  • at 1:27 pm

How would you make the stew without am instant pot?

  • at 7:55 am

All of these look delicious, especially the tofu curry soup! I'd suggest sauteing all the spices and vegetables first before adding the liquids but that's just a suggestion for more thorough cooking and flavor 🙂 Love all your work and fantastic ideas, I cannot wait to make all of these and incorporating meals like this more into my diet!

FYI People, Oats aren't considered safe for those with Coeliac disease in a few parts of the world as their protein is similar to that of normal gluten proteins and most definitely not recommend for Coeliacs if you have not done the Oat challenge (with guidance from your doctor). Make sure you use a soy sauce/tamari sauce that is gluten free as well 🙂

  • at 1:58 am

I tried making the soup today and it was SO GOOD!! Especially the crispy tofu— those were seriously heavenly 😍😍😍

  • at 1:25 am

Great Job. For gluten free people, remember to use gluten free- tamari – soy sauce in not gluten free.

  • at 1:49 am

    i think im inlove
