    Omg the sweet potato and red lentil stew was sooooo good. I forgot to add ginger and I did diced tomato instead of crushed Nd it was good. The peanut butter was just enough to taste but not over power the dish

    Hi Caitlin, firs off I love your channels. I've tried several of your recipes and they are absolutely amazing!!! My concern is about your use of tofu and soy. Tofu/soy has been regarded as an unhealthy choice. The soybeans have been genetically modified in the US in 1994. It is stated that it can weaken your immune system..what are your thoughts on those reviews? Are you willing to eliminate tofu from your recipes?

    girl I have no idea why (I'm not a vegan), but I have watched almost all of your videos NONSTOP for the past week. Like literally since the beginning of your channel. I'm obsessed, and have been incorporating so many more plant foods into my diet.

    I love my instapot. I found myself making oil free dishes because the instapot infuses flavors so well, I don't need to sauté anything.

    I love your dishes. They are clever and look delicious. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos. I've made a few videos. It's quite a lot of work.

    All of these look delicious, especially the tofu curry soup! I'd suggest sauteing all the spices and vegetables first before adding the liquids but that's just a suggestion for more thorough cooking and flavor 🙂 Love all your work and fantastic ideas, I cannot wait to make all of these and incorporating meals like this more into my diet!

    FYI People, Oats aren't considered safe for those with Coeliac disease in a few parts of the world as their protein is similar to that of normal gluten proteins and most definitely not recommend for Coeliacs if you have not done the Oat challenge (with guidance from your doctor). Make sure you use a soy sauce/tamari sauce that is gluten free as well 🙂

    Great Job. For gluten free people, remember to use gluten free- tamari – soy sauce in not gluten free.
