I am heading again to Winnipeg for a week this 7 days so I made a decision to make a online video showing you all what I eat when I’m on the street. All these meals are superior protein vegan foods as I am a skilled athlete and need to have to exercise and preserve when I vacation.     I like kale better when I sauté it with garlic, onions and tomatoes then top it with avocado before eating 🙂

    The oats protein power balls look amazing. Didn't know about PC chocolate chips. I only like kale raw in Sweet Kale Salad and Kale Chips, but I have only tried one type of kale and I maybe some of the other type aren't as bad. PS came over from Edgy Veg's channel.

    A very easy and seemingly delicious meal prep. Also, 100% in regards to kale. It's like chewing waxy dirt with a stubborn attitude – the more you chew it the worse it gets.

    I hate kale too. Yuck! I chop it up super small and sneak it into my dishes. It's also tolerable in smoothies.

    I make similar cookies except I use fewer chocolate chips, no chia, and I use mashed bananas to sweeten. Delicious!

    raw kale is disgusting but steamed kale in a dish or with hummus or something is pretty nice!

    Marinated chopped up kale is the way to go. Try a lemon cashew based sauce and let it marinate. I hate kale by itself, but I'm able to fully enjoy it right after chopping it up and mixing it along with other veggies in a glorious homemade salad. Kale is VERY good for humans.
