High Protein Vegan Meal Prep – Peanut butter Pad Thai

400 g / 14 oz rice noodles
800 g / 28 oz organization / extra business tofu

150 g / 5 oz bean sprout
2 carrot
1 chili optional

2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 spring onions

1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
5 dl / 2 cups vegetable broth
1 dl / .5 peanut butter
1 dl / .5 cup soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil

If baking in oven:
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper

(cabbage, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms)

5 raciones:
400 g de fideos de arroz
800 g tofu (extra sólido)

5 dl fondo de verduras
1 dl Mantequilla de cacahuete
1 dl soja
1 cucharada de salsa de sriracha
1 cucharada de vinagre de arroz.
2 cucharaditas de Aceite de sésamo

2 dientes de ajo
1 cucharada de jengibre
2 cebolla de primavera

2 zanahorias
150 g semillas germinadas
1 chili
(col silvestre, brócoli, pimientos, calabacín, champiñones)

5 portioner

400 g risnudlar
800 g rapid / additional rapid tofu

5 dl grönsaksfond
1 dl jordnötssmör
1 dl soja
1 msk sriracha
1 msk risvinäger
2 tsk sesamolja

2 vitlöksklyftor
1 msk ingefära
2 salladslök

2 morötter
150 g böngroddar
1 chili
(kål, broccoli, paprika, zucchini, champinjoner)

    That peanut butter…is that home made? Doesn't look like your average peanut butter. Wonder if I using JIF peanut butter will change the entire flavor of the recipe.

    Recently learned a traditional pad thai in Thailand – awesome vegan alternative, tack! You should try using a sweet soy sauce (or 1tbsp of sugar per portion), and also add lemon juice to the marinade (with a wedge of lemon to serve also). Sweet, sour, spicy, truly transforms the dish 😉

    Thanks for the recipe! One way to add a few more grams of protein would be to use brown rice noodles. I’ll be trying this soon!
