This has become our favourite homemade granola recipe. Batch made on the weekend, it makes for a wholesome and quick breakfast on weekday mornings served with fresh fruit, soy yogurt and ground flaxseeds, or sprinkled on top of smoothies to make them more filling. Enjoy!
