    I just prepared a beautiful organic steel cooked oat porridge this morning with smooshed banana, broken walnut kernels and Pure Canadian Maple syrup. Steel cooked oats are incredibly healthy and give next level nutty chewiness and texture. I simmer 1 cup of grains for 15-20 minutes in 2.5 cups of water and 1 cup of unsweetened oat milk with a 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt. It’s so delicious. Love to know what you think if you try this.     tried 0.2l porridge with 0.6l water and it's way too much water, after 1/2h it's still full of water. Next time I'll try with 0.2 porridge to 0.4 water… you can allways add, substraction is harder

    As a cinematographer its a pain to watch the video. Filmed with a shallow depth of field, constantly missing the focus marks. Why to do that if you can't pull this off? Just shoot wider DoF and your focus won't be soft and frustrating the entire video.

    On the contrast side. Jamie Oliver is amazing as always 🙂 Thank you for a perfect recipe.
