    In the summer I eat breakfast earlier about 8amand dinner later about 9. I am on Medicare and my doctor wants me to eat more carbs since my a1c came down to 5.8 from 7.5 . It is discouraging when I get lectured for trying to do better than following the usda.

    I studied nutrition for 9 years to save my own life since no doctor I've seen diagnosed me for over 5 decades and I have CELIAC DISEASE. The medical industry is useless in by medical needs. I will get a Functional Nutritionist license and use my knowledge to help my own family and others since NONE of my docs could help me. In fact my life was often at risk under their care. TRUE!
