I tried using the raw vegan eating plan for 30 times.     I usually spend about $250/Month for both myself and my 9 year old son. We purchase in bulk from our local grocery store (which gives a percentage off when you buy in bulk and/or by the carton). We also have a Nama juicer which is great for juicing and a Vitamix blender which is the best blender I have ever owned. Kitchen tools are wonderful when trying to save food waste/consolidate foods/and the leftover pulp can be used for other meals. We live in Los Angeles, CA so there are definitely more expensive places to shop but if you take the time to shop around then you can definitely save on food expenses!

    $300 every 3 months is fine just depends on if you’re buying fresh or frozen I buy both I just freeze the fresh stuff, buy canned or dried goods, I make it a priority to make it last for three months and I also fast .

    My Daughter had bad eczema and a doctor she saw said to try and avoid some fruit and vegetables and then slowly introduce them to see if your body reacts to them, they were tomatoes, potatoes, citrus, and pumpkin also any highly processed sauces and packet food that is high in salt and sugar. Her skin was definitely better and when she binges on a lot of these foods she have a breakout.

    I really appreciate your videos! I have been vegetarian for 2 years now. I still have challenges with acid reflux and feel so much better eating raw veggies. My body breaks them down so much better. I’m gonna continue to do this while monitoring my body closely until I see my physician. After I go I plan to add a more variety to my meals. Thanks again!     This video is amazing! I’m day 5 in. I used to be raw and regret ever going back to cooked. I feel amazing raw. I have pollen allergies too so I stay away from certain fruits. Your skin and hair, you look amazing! ❤️

    Hey, holistic nutritionist here 👋 So, medical doctors don’t get any nutritional training, because they’re taught in universities FUNDED by Big Parma – who dictates protocol 🤔 Conflict of interest? Uhhh, YA! Nothing against doctors & nurses – bless them for what they do, but people need to realize that they are diagnosticians – they don’t know how to heal your bodies of cancer or heart disease or diabetes – they diagnose & prescribe &/or cut (surgery). They can “manage” your symptoms w/meds, creams, etc. but only your body can heal itself. When you decided to go raw for 30 days, what you were really doing was a raw food cleanse. Raw fruits & vegetables, and raw juices will both nourish & detox our bodies. Toxins first will hide in our fat cells, and when they run out of room they hide in our internal organs. Toxins can come from our foods, the environment, our skin care, our cleaning products, etc. 60% of what touches our skin goes directly into our blood streams. The higher our toxic load, the more harsh our detox will be. So, when you started your cleanse, it started stirring up those toxins, which are released into our blood & have to come out. They come out through your skin, going to the bathroom, etc. symptoms can be anything from a mild headache to rashes, to feeling lethargic, feeling nauseous, runny nose, sneezing, & more. Sound familiar? Since your dermatologist wasn’t taught about nutrition or detoxing, etc. they rule things out, and came up with “it’s the pollens” or grass or whatever. Sometimes, yes it can be some of those things, but I always tell people who have “bad allergies“ to stop dairy & see what happens. 8 times out of 10 – they didn’t really have allergies – it was just their body reacting to foods we should never put in our bodies in the first place. Dairy is the number one trigger for migraines, allergies, skin problems: like acne & eczema, rashes, etc. I’ll bet your next 30 days you will see a huge change in your “allergies“ 😉. HOW cool is it when on about the 4th or 5th day your sugar addiction goes away?! No one believes me when I tell them this, and the people I’ve helped through a juice cleanse are always completely shocked that they lost their taste for sugar 💃🏼
    I’m sitting here looking at all of your fruits & vegetables, and my mouth was watering! 😋😛 I am not fully raw, but I am about 75% raw, and at 55 years old my doctor said my blood work looks like I’m 21 years old 😃 ANYONE can do this!     I did raw vegan for a month and it was the best I’ve felt in my life. I do mostly plant and fish now and haven’t had the will power to do it again, but the more raw fruits and veg in your life the better

    I feel when you go on this diet. You need to eat more. Because your body precess faster. Meat stays in your body for weeks etc. I am going Vegan / plant base. Because, meat 🍖 and milk makes my liver and feet and body swelling etc. But I eat anything outside meat and milk.

    I'll spend about $400 I eat 2 meals 1000+ calories each, I would eat more calories it seemed like you were eating very small portions .

    Seems to me that eating nothing but raw food all the time is the way to go especially for a clearer acne free skin.
