HOLY. CRAP. I made this for my family for dinner tonight and it is hands down the best dish I have ever made, possibly best dish I've ever eaten in my life. Sooooo delicious, it's like better than restaurant quality. Also shockingly easy to clean up after, too! THANK YOU NISHA!!!! Will be making this again very very very soon

It is a waste of energy and time trying to "convert" non-vegans. Non vegans aren't known for their critical thinking prowess and much less for their kindness toward animals and concern for the planet. A much better use of energy and time is to grow the vegan population by breeding lots of children and educating them accordingly.

A year late but generally vegan skeptics in my family, including me, hate every vegan imitation of meat. It wont taste and wont feel like meat. A true vegan dish like this one, where there’s no meat intended, is delicious.

Just a good bowl of salad os delicious. As long as we’re being served some type of salad with vegan bacons and stuff.

The dialogue @ 1:392:01 had me in stitches…“ quaternity is not a word, we’re not using it”, “we’re done here” . The confidence when you said this had me siding with you. I just found quaternity is actually the correct phrase, so this is now even funnier 😂

I found your channel because my cholesterol was high and I went Vegan. I tried the crunch wrap supreme and I fell in love and so did my brother and husband. I bought the instant pot and book and just got done making the stuffed peppers. Made the broccoli tofu meal Monday. I trust your taste fully. Beautiful recipes, thank you

Nasha! Your recipe is DELICIOUS!!! I made it for dinner yesterday. I could not stop eating it! I saved 2 cups for today and I froze the rest for a future meal. Great job and so easy to prepare. This was the first recipe of yours that I made. I am looking forward to making more of your recipes! PS. I DON’T like to much heat. I only used a piece of Serrano pepper and 1 inch of ginger. My chili powder is Chipotle, so I only added 1/8 teaspoonful.
    Thank You, Thank You!!!!!!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

Made this for my friends (all non vegans) that came over for a holiday party and they loved it. I made double the batch and it was all gone by the end of the night. I was soooo proud of my self for sharing how delicious vegan food can be and I even got a complement for knowing how to cook 😀. Thank you Nisha.

You had me @ easy and delicious. o/
I am what everybody hates these days: a lazy cook & omnivorous human being. Eating vegetarian food makes me extremely unhappy, so I get a lot of hate for not going 'full rabbit food'. (I've had some lovely life-time vegetarians help me, but I am still physically falling to pieces after a few months. Being overly sensitive (a lot)/ allergic (some), to a lot of foods also does not help…)
You are just about the only vegan-food-prepper that gets me remotely excited about it.
(The far too common preaching, and I am soooo holier-than-thou attitude, ruins is for most non-vegans anyway 😉 )
I think it is great to just eat what makes your body feel good and whole. (And I really do not mind the slightest if it 'happens to be vegan'.)

Good Day Nisha! Thank you so much for sharing the multitude of recipes and making it sooo flavorful!!!
(In love with garam masala! 😁) I started following you this year and have not been disappointed by any of your recipes, and anything I can’t eat I get creative and sub it out! I absolutely love lentils and actually just made a combo of this recipe with your butternut squash curry
(-chickpeas 👎🏾 + portobello mushrooms! 👍🏾), and I came out soooooo delish! As someone who cooks most of my meals (95% plants-YES!) I’m always looking for new recipes! Thanks again! 😁

OMG, I tried this one and I love it. But I have baby mouth, so I only use the xtra hot chilli powder I got from the Indian Market and hot jalapenos with the fresh ginger and garlic.
