If you don't mind using cornstarch, you can coat the tofu in it before you pan fry. It will make it extra crispy 🥰😉

Corn, carrots, onions, and peas are ALL loaded with carbs. I'm sorry to be a downer, but the title of this video is misleading.

Is high protein tofu less watery? I mean do you have to press the water out like extra firm? I would probably eat more tofu if that process wasn’t such a pain. Love your videos btw.

Love the pie! Def going to try it but Mash looks too wet, I would squeeze cauliflower dry with a tea towel and skip the milk, vegan sour cream is thicker

I usually use cauliflower to make 'ground beef' so using it as the topping will be a bit of an interesting change. The crispy tofu looks delicious.

I had no idea that's how you make a shepherds pie, every time I've eaten shepherds pie I've ordered it at a restaurant or store. But its good to know how to make it for myself now. Looks really healthy and really tasty. Great video.

Made this lastnight and it was amazing! The whole family loved it and my husband is not a fan of shapards pie or mashed potatoes. So that was a huge win! Thank you for the delicious recipe.
I was searching everywhere to see if anyone was successful in freezing this recipe and popping it in the oven, I haven't found anything yet. Do you think it would work to freeze and place in the oven from frozen?
