Milk. White Poison or Healthy Drink?

Sources:
https://websites.google.com/perspective/sourcesmilk/

In excess of the very last ten years milk has become a little bit controversial. Some individuals say it is a vital and wholesome food, vital for healthful bones, but some others say it can cause cancer and guide to an early demise.

So who is correct? And why are we drinking it in any case?

As an Indian cows are sacred because they give us milk and also cows are treated good actually really really good there's no way that MOST of the cows are treated poorly cows roam the streets and no torture is done to cows

Raw organic grass-fed milk is obviously the best.

Let's get a couple of things cleared up: Dog milk is for dogs, cat milk is for cats, pig milk is for pigs, rhino milk is for rhinos, and, you guessed it, cow milk is for cows, not humans

The places around the world that have higher lactose intolerance rates are also the countries that have lower rates of osteoporosis. There's obviously a correlation there that needs exploring further

I read somewhere that dairy cows, around the time they were domestiated, had developed chemical compounds that are found in milk similar to anti-grazing compounds, that causes inflammation. This however is not found in grazing animals that are not entirely domesticated, such as goats. Important to give all the facts so the viewers can take the most informed decision at all times.

    Organic food is always healthy!
    Natural milk is healthy!
Lab prepared milk is no doubt unhealthy and just a business for some greedy people.
⚠️ Say no to Lab preppared or processed unhealthy food!

You forgot to mention organic free-range grass fed dairy producers. It is a lot more expensive, but better for everyone… the cows and the planet. Also, soy and tree nuts are very common allergens as well, and in our family's experience, most grocers do not always store them properly so the packages swell and go bad quickly. We have dairy and non-dairy eating family members. What works for one does not work for all. God bless!

Rubbish propaganda, probably sponsored with a lot of bills 💵 by the dairy industry!

I don't drink cows milk. To be honest is my gut hurt a lot. I don't think I was allergic to it. I think I just had a sensitivity to it sometimes. I started drinking Almond milk back in 2020. I would buy and I used to drink almond milk cashew milk and coconut milk. All in one week I like them all but I drink Almond milk the most. Cashew milk is not bad but it's not my favorite out of the three. It has the most nutty flavor out of all of them. Almond milk to me is more smooth I heard coconut milk is better in ice cream then the other two. My mom and brother both drink oat milk in coffee.

Very disappointed at the part covering the health effects of milk. They forgot that people don't just drink liquid milk, but they get their "milk" from other dairy products such as cheese, butter, cream and products made from them (pizza, cake, pastries, ice cream, packaged food, …). And they are even more concentrated "milk".
Better read about IGF-1, mTORC1, saturated fats, cholesterol, choline, TMAO, leaky gut, casein molecular mimicry, lactose and aging, estrogens, caso-morphine, etc. I'm talking about heart disease, diabetes, breast, ovarian and prostate cancers, autoimmune disease (e.g. IBS, CD, MS, allergies), sleep apnea, heavy periods, endometriosis, menopause, acne, etc.
And then also take a look at those lactose intolerant nations (e.g. Asia) and their supreme health (e.g. Okinawa, central China, …) without milk. And look at their rise in dairy consumption and associated rise in these chronic noncommunicable disease

Reason why I went vegan! At first I just stopped drinking milk and went with oat and soy milk because I was lactose intolerant. And then I read about how you lower your carbon footprint by 70%! Which is sooo much. And really it’s so easy , I don’t miss anything food and nutrient wise (there’s so much vegan food on the market). Just a small warning, if you go vegan pay attention to what nutrients you are missing (B12 is a protein herbivores make, we humans can’t make it so pay attention to soy milk etc that has added b12). And make sure you eat foods etc which either have them added (the B12) or which are highly packed with them, proteins, calcium, those kind of things.

As for soy being bad for the environment, while yes, that is true, around 80% of soy is grown as food for livestock. Which is a waste of resources.
