    Hi Caitlin
Thanks for the video, I've been plant-based for five years and always avoided making Banana Bread, I'm excited to hear that this BB is not gummy or fudge-like, can't wait to make it.

    Hi Caitlin
Real quick I couldn't wait, so I tried making it, and for the first time the Banana Bread loaf was dry (good thing) and not gummy, except for the bottom part of the bread, still your recipe rocks and I think you nailed it. I'll keep trying, so any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

The flax egg for the chocolate banana muffins was absolutely necessary. The batter was drier than the sahara dessert :/

The flavour is good, it's a shame the batter is not to my liking. It was really dry after baked as well.

Hi I would like to try this recipe. But I’m having 9 by 5 inch loaf pan. What would be the baking time?

Hi can I use store bought oat flour? If I use store bought oat flour, is it the same 2 cups or do we have to adjust pls reply

I’m curious why you mentioned the muffins were better without flaxseed?

To be honest, I'm not a fan of the banana bread recipe. It was too chewy and the flavor profile seem to fall flat for my personal taste however, that being said I appreciate you sharing your recipes!
