Looks amazing, thank you! I am definitely going to make the mac & cheese for my kids and I will try it as a weeknight dinner first to make sure it is accepted! LOL that cranberry sauce recipe it looks perfect and that’s definitely going on the menu also, thank you so much! XO
I am loving persimmons this season! I started really loving them last year… I would love to see some recipes with those!? Obviously they’re good raw but I think there are some fun things you can do with them baked or in bread?
Mashed pot, glazed carrots, stuffing everything looks amazing!
VERY NICELY DONE!!!!

Thanks Caitlin! My too 3 favorites are the green bean casserole, the Mac & cheese, and the stuffed acorn squash. Happy Thanksgiving!

Yes on GF stuffing. 😀
Please make a stuffing!! Would love to see your take on it
I love and wanna try that oven Mac and cheese
Oooh! You’re making me soooo hungry! I’m a carboholic as well. My faves are mash and mushroom gravy, roasted Brussels, and cranberry sauce. I can have it for days afterwards so I make extra. I’m going to have to try your green bean casserole, Mac and cheese and cornbread!
Can I leave out the oil/butter for those bread crumbs? I'm doing everything oil free
you're lookin good babe.
They all look good! I will try them all as a preview for Christmas sides/mains for the vegan half of the family. Thank you!
Y'all gotta grow up y'all missing out
These are all so enticing, well shot and calmly narrated. I've added your book to my wishlist, and will be making that vegan mac & cheese.
Traditionally, I"ve brought side dishes to omni family dinners, often picked from the NYT Vegetarian Thanksgiving archive (which isn't all vegan), my favorites being things like mushroom stew, roasted butternut squash and red onions, glazed roasted brussels sprouts (glazes with maple and pomegranate syrup both went down well).
This year, I kept it a bit simple. Store-bought vegan roast, a faux gratin, and a first for me, learning how to bake simple breads in a dutch oven. Hasn't been a great year or week, but hopefully I'll have more energy next year.
Also, your videos have totally sold me on a Caraway cookset, that my rational mind will never justify, as existing ugly cookware refuses to die. Ah well. I can appreciate cookware that looks like it belongs in a modern museum from afar.
The veggie casserole is almost exactly a fall harvest stuffing. I made that with cubed Schar's gluten free Ciabatta rolls and it was phenomenal.
Ahh how to make my family angry vegan food
All of this looks awesome!
I am definitely making that Mac and cheese soon!
