Made this cheese…it was EPIC. And it made SO MUCH. My son and I had nachos and cheese tonite. Perhaps quesadillas tomorrow 🤔

Made it today, loved it. I've tried like 5 different "cheese" or is it just cheeses. Zfter sounding it out, it's definitely cheese. Huh funny cheese is plural of cheese. Anyways this stuff was my favourite cheese of all the vegan cheese I have tried.

I'm not hating on this recipe but I'm sorry as a Vegan I don't need "cheesy" recipes or items that "look like meat" to resemble beef or chicken on my plate. I actually want nothing to do with those items and even hate hearing those words 🤢 Yes I'm a true Vegan.

    Super recipe!
Is there a way to transform this cheese sauce in hard cheese, so it can be sliced?
    Maybe Agar?

I'm not a vegan but I've been on the hunt for healthier things to cook at home, and I can't believe how AMAZING the cheese sauce is!!! This will go great with so many things – it will definitely encourage me to eat more broccoli and other veggies, maybe even as a dipping sauce with tofu. So glad I found this channel, will definitely try more of these recipes, thanks so much 🙂

oh my very good but I think you recipe meant to put 1 clove and it said 10 so I'm like whelp ice got the precut stuff so added like 4 tablespoons and didn't even add all of it and it's way too much garlic haha but still good I'll have to read better or just ad less next time.

Funny. The other day I had leftover cauliflower that we cooked in our solar oven with peas and garlic, and I thought to myself, “ I bet this would be a solid vegan cheese base.” Turned out amazing! And is especially special because we don’t always have access to affordable nuts where we live. Next, I want to experiment making it with our surplus of summer squashes growing! Love your vids!
