Who's going to try our recipe for squali-coconut curry?! 🙋🙋🙋

  • at 9:31 pm

I made this today… changed it to what I had in the frigde. I was only supposed to make enough for today and tomorrow and the next day as meal prep for work, however, I am pretty sure I have like 3 or 4 more meals beyond that haha. I am not mad about thought because it is delisious and I am going to try and freeze it and see what happens.

Eamon, you are such a trip. You make me laugh and you make cooking look fun. Thanks for sharing this. Can't wait to try it although don't think I'll use the entire jar of curry paste, yikes. I like spicy, but that may be a little much heat even for me. 🐉🐉🐉

I'm basic. A cute boy on the picture, I click (with a cute girl too! ). And I love the rap. But I don't like coconut milk. But I like sweet potates and curry. Have a nice day.

    I love chief curry powder

Boil two tablespoons of oil with one cup of water and add two to three tablespoons of the curry powder until all the water is gone and the curry is not grainy.

Add in some onions, garlic, peeled potatoes and soaked chickpeas. Mix well

(Soak chickpeas overnight in water and a sprinkle of baking soda)

Add water to cover all ingredients and let is cook down.

If the potatoes and chickpeas are not all the way cooked just add a little water and continue to cook it down.

    * optional 1/4 coconut milk
    * optional blend three leaves of culantro not cilantro with one garlic and a small piece of chili pepper and onion.

  • at 4:05 pm

Hey, Eamon! The rap is partly what makes it yours (and Bec's)! The recipe looks scrumptious!

  • at 10:45 am

U actually put a lot of everything into the pot.coconut and spices shud be used to a limit.way beyond the limit then it will over power the taste.and u shud sort the onions till it loses it sugar until u add other ingredients

  • at 4:12 am

Cut the rapping…… Cooking is great!!!!

  • at 7:23 pm

Ehmon is hilarious. with coconut cream you are meant to add water to stretch it so 1 tin would have more than sufficed for the size of pot you used

  • at 3:27 am

    Ding boom…time too eat

  • at 7:26 am

    eamon so funny!!!

  • at 1:00 pm

The rap is indeed annoying and it makes it difficult to hear you.,

  • at 6:31 pm

I loved it but would probably skip on the coconut cream next time and make it spicy for myself! So so good tho!

Update: I let it chill in the fridge for 48 hours and it tastes so good! Wouldn’t change a thing (other than making it spicy 😜)

  • at 2:39 pm

🙌 love this! Not vegan or veg, but I love learning to cook vegan/veg recipes. Had a vegan roommate at one point and watching him cook made me realize how colorful and delicious veg cooking is… as I prepared my sad hot dog or whatever garbage I was feeding myself.

  • at 11:37 pm

My mouth is watering 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 That looks Amazing, Eamon!! Going to have to try making that deliciousness ASAP🤩
