Elements & NOTES

#1 Cucumber Bagel Boats

⅓ – 1/2 cucumber
2 tbsp vegan cream cheese, hummus and/or mashed avocado

toasted bagel seasoning: (no oil is extra to the pan btw)
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
2 ¼ tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
½ tsp dried garlic (powdered or minced)
½ tsp dried onion (powdered or minced)
½ tsp salt (flaky salt if attainable, add a lot more if preferred)
→ keep the rest of this combine sealed in a minimal jar

#2 My Favorite Smoothie

1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
2 bananas
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp floor flax seeds
½ cup OJ (125ml)
¼ cup water (60ml)
→ serves 1

#3 Tahini Triangle Bites

3 – 5 spherical rice paper sheets (about 15cm in diameter)
3-5 tsp white tahini, peanut, almond, cashew, solar butter… (so 1 tsp for each sheet)
1,5 – 2,5 tsp liquid sweetener (so ½ tsp for every sheet, or extra if you choose!)
a very little bit of sunflower or coconut oil for frying
→ provide with some fresh new berries, vegan yogurt
→ have fun with the fillings, check out vegan nutella, coconut butter, pb & j…

#4 Spicy Hummus Dip

2 ½ tbsp simple hummus
½ tsp gochujang
squeeze of ½ lime
½ tsp hulled hemp seeds
veggie sticks, crackers, salted pretzels …
→ or go with your have favored ratio right here!
→ serves 1

#5 Filthy Chai Chilly Brew

25 g ground coffee* (¼ cup + 1 tbsp)
500ml cold water (2 cups)
2 spiced chai tea baggage
for serving:
your fav plant milk + ice (i like ¾ coffee + ½ milk, but ½ ½ is also pleasant!)
→ 2-3 servings
→ just after 12 several hours of steeping strain the entire issue, use however a lot you want and then preserve the relaxation of the strained coffee sealed in the fridge for up to a 7 days
*i know ppl say it will have to be coarsely ground espresso, but i truthfully Cherished this with utilizing my finely ground haha

#6 Banana Bread Oat Bars

1 3/4 + 1 tsp cup oats (175g)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (or sub w extra oats, hemp seeds/powder)
3 bananas (300g peeled banana chunks)
2 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 1/2 tbsp non dairy milk

1 handful of chopped walnuts and or almonds
optional: ¼ cup (50g) vegan dim chocolate for melting (see recipe #8 in this description for how to melt the chocolate)

→ bake bars for 35 min
→ yields 1 20 x 20 cm brownie pan

#7 Crispy Brussels Sprout (wrap)

135g brussel sprouts (1 1/2 cups)
¾ cup water (180ml)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp chili flakes
a generous pinch of salt
bagel seasoning (see recipe #1)
optional: 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp lemon zest)

2 tortillas
2-3 tbsp spicy hummus (see recipe 4)
sriracha to flavor
→ serves 1-2
→ following rolling the wrap, i ended up toasting it in a non adhere pan without having oil, in excess of medium superior for about 1 min on each and every aspect)

#8 Chocolate Included Platter

1 banana
handful of raspberries
smaller handful of salted pretzels
¼ cup (50g) vegan darkish chocolate for melting
1 tsp cocoa nibs
1 tbsp chopped nuts
how to melt chocolate in the oven:
set the chocolate, damaged into bits, into a modest oven secure bowl, place into the oven @150C, bake for 4 min then thoroughly take out the bowl, depart it to sit on the counter for 5 minutes, then go in with a spoon, combine right up until thoroughly melted.
→ serves 1

    I never understood why Westerners keep calling Chai Tea. Chai means tea so it will be tea tea. Sam with Naan bread. It translates to bread bread. Didn't say this to be mean its just something really irks ne and I am sure for many other South Asians as well. Anyways, love your content Mina.     here are some snack or breakfast ideas…
    rasperry toasties:. Put frozen rasperries, cinnamon and honey (maybe some nut butter as well) in a sandwich or wrap and toast it in a sandwich toaster. Its perfect for summer when you feel like a toastie but it's too hot. You get a cold, sweet kind of surprise. 

    multi seed crackers: also a really easy way to make homemade crackers that are very expensive from a supermarket is soak whatever seeds you want in boiling water (make sure to have a decent portion of them as chia seeds or flak seeds for binding) and then add spices and whatever flavours you want. Then just spread the mixture over a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.

    strawberry pie porridge:
    dice ripe and sweet strawberries and add to oat milk, white chia seeds and oats (I think oat milk is the sweetest tasting milk so it works well for this porridge). Then add as much honey and vanilla extract as you would like, but not much is needed as the milk absorbs the sweetness from the strawberries. For spices I use a mix of cinnamon, ginger, clove and corriander (hot cross bun spices). To top the porridge chop up strawberries and drizzle peanut butter. Then sprinkle cacao nibs and cinnamon on top.

    Great ideas once again. I wonder whether I could do a cheese cake type of thing with the ricepaper using quark and maybe some starch. will have to try that. Also, I just saw a nice little hack on Shelbizlee's latest video for the sprouts. She fries them first and then adds a splash of water to the pan, puts on a lid to steam them and the water evaporates. No need for using the strainer, so less washing up.

    A super easy snack you should definitely try is mixing 1 tbs tahini/peanut butter with 1-2 tsp liquid sweetener and 1-2 tbs oat flour! Instant cookie dough <3

    Im türkisch Markt kann man getrocknete Petersilie kaufen also als würzubgsmittel 🙂 (wegen dem bagel Gewürzmischung)
