    Im cutting since March so more or less 3 months, went down from 188 lbs to 174 lbs (I am 6 feet tall),Im glad that there is very minimal to no muscle loss, but honestly i thought ill look leaner at this body weight, it just goes to show that people carry a lot more fat and a lot less muscle than they think, I went down from i believe around 25% to around 20% now, I want to reach around 15% so i still have way to go.

    What helped me most is that I started eating fruits between meals as a snack (which of course are very low in calories), and slowly i noticing that im naturally just eating less and less, I used to eat even beyond being full, thats what brought me to around 25% body fat, nobody didnt considered me fat and i wasnt dangerously overweight, but still its not health's peak and certaintly not the peak of aesthetics.

    Cant remember when I started my cut I've been doing it slowly over time but so far I went from 100kg (220lb) to 88kg (194lb) planning on cutting another 17 to 20lb.
