Recipe for 20 Samosas

Samosa Sheet/Dough:

2 cups of wheat flour
4tbsp vegetable spoon
salt

1tsp Cumin
1/2tsp Ajwain
water
– kneat a soft dough and let it rest for 10-15min
– divide the dough in 10 portions
– roll each to a thin sheet
– heat from both sides for few sec
– put the sheets in a hot pot

Samosa Filling:
3 boiled and chopped potatoes

1 cup of boiled chickpeas
1 cup of fresh coriander
salt
coriander
cumin
chilliflakes
– add all ingredients in a bowl an mix them proparly

To close the Samosa:
2tbsp Wheat flour
water
– make a thick
– after filling Samosas, apply paste inside, and close Samosa

If you wish to freeze them, just put them in a freezer or you can fry them.
