Sous Vide VEGAN STEAK Experiment!

Practically nothing is greater than steak, certainly we all agree on this. Do you believe it is achievable to make a vegan steak as very good as a actual steak? Nowadays I give my greatest shot striving out a vegan steak which I put against 2 lovely primary steaks.

Well you steam, not bake gluten steaks. You also marinate and leave in sauses a lot. Plenty of pro websites that have stunning examples

Why do vegans want to imitate meats so much? I mean if you really care about animals why'd you wanna name your foods related to animal products.

The vegan steak wasn't made that well tbh…it had no developed fibers. It's too dry and grainy. Maybe next time.

Dear Vegans…..when you come up with a dish please name it to make it your own thing.
DO NOT call it a steak because it's not, not by a long shot.

Y'know, there are dozens, if not hundreds of videos out there where people are trying to make fake meat out of vegetable products. This kind of thing has been going on for decades (remember Bacos?).

What I'd like to see is someone making fake vegetable products out of meat. Carrots from beef; peas from veal; raddishes from pork; potatoes from chicken — that sort of thing. Seems like the meat industry has been missing the boat here — they could be seducing vegans into becoming customers.

If anyone's equipped to try this experiment, it seems like Guga is it.
    Whadaya say?
