    Dairy is not a health food and countries like Canada's have removed it from their food pyramid. Most of the world is intolerant as humans don't need to be still drinking breast secretions beyond a few years old, let alone from another species. It's a gene mutation that has allowed any of us to tolerate it. Naturally very high in saturated fat and in dairy options where it's removed it is still very high in sugar. Dairy has a dopamine effect on the brain and the reason why people feel so drawn to options like cheese.
