1/3 cup (67g) natural and organic sugar
3 3/4 tablespoon (52g) vegan butter
3/4 cup (180ml) nondairy milk
1 1/2 tbsp (22g) vegan bitter product
1 egg replacer, I like Bob’s Pink Mill
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups (180g) all objective flour, sifted
3/4 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
FILLING
12 strawberries (about 179g/6.3 ounces), chopped
2 tablespoons (24g) organic sugar
FROSTING
1/2 cup (113g) vegan butter
About 2 tablespoons (1.75 ounces/50g) vegan product cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (180g) organic and natural powdered sugar
2 tablespoons (30ml) vegan whipping cream

What vegan butter do you recommend baking with? I use Earth Balance when cooking, but I find it's not ideal for baking.
