    Hey, Paul

Does the redness in your skin means inflammation? If yes, is it bad?

I'm a sun lover and not as scared as first world people, but I'm also looking for my metabolic health and using skincare natural oils and animal fats in my skin.

The woman at Vegan Deterioration channel uses fat horse and other animal fats in her skin, and her skin looks really good. She is black and doesn't live in a all-year-round sunny place, so we can't tell how well this would go when in the sun.

Tropical brazilian natives uses urucum paint in their skin as sun protection, I heard. I believe the not-black populace living under the sun could teach us something. What do you think about it?

And last, this guy says that there is a free website where you put your bloodmarkers and they tell you your biological age or something. Would love if you give it a try! at 12:20

    Thanks for your researches!

Only supplements I take is beef, bacon, fish, eggs and butter.

Thanks for sharing but I know all the benefits of getting in the sunlight already. I was raised in North Florida and played outside all the time — love the sunlight. Plus Dr. Mercola, the 'vitamin D physician' covered this subject over a decade ago . He left the state of Illiinois for sunny Florida. I have a small section in my library dedicated just to the topic of sunlight and naked sunbathing. Your message is NOT a new one……………………………………………………… from the Ozarks, sunbathing

We could make this podcast 45 minutes long if we stopped going off topic

I can only imagine what a sunburnt asshole feels like. ☺

Hey Paul, I know lots of people are not a fan of fruit because of fructose and think we should at least eat it seasonally I wonder if that has something to do with sun exposure. If we consume fruit but don’t get sun then is fruit bad for us? Our ancestors were eating fruit but also while in the sun. Love to hear your thoughts on this.

We just moved from south dakota to north carolina and I have been laying out in the sun at every chance I get. It's amazing how much better I feel now.

  • at 1:29 pm

Your lack of wrinkles, especially around the eyes, is a good advert for sun and meat.

  • at 1:44 pm

I believe I saw an interventional study recently with vitamin D and "that which shall not be named". It showed no benefit.

But still showed a benefit from sunlight as I recall, which led some to theorize that the benefit was from the infrared instead.

There are other interventional studies which show clear benefit to infectious disease from vitamin D, But it's just seen those mechanisms are not active on "that which shall not be named".

does sun exposure even raise vitamin D?

  • at 2:34 pm

From what I remember reading, UVB levels are higher at midday so early/late tanning may not be effective for increasing melanin fyi.

  • at 3:08 pm

No to tanning bed usage for me. I have always used the direct sunlight since 1980, March, while living in toxic city, Houston, TX. We relocated & visited many naturist clubs across America as well in the 1980s. I joined the American Sunbathing Association, and the Naturist Society, a very long time ago to receive their magazines. While visiting Montreal, Canada in the 1970s, I went to the YWCA for activities & I used the sauna! One of my favorite places is the Buckstaff Bathhouse, where I have been going since 1991 for their deluxe package. Soooo, for me I know all of the benefits of using a sauna (wet/dry). …………………………………………………………….. very content in life at age 70!

Again, MERCOLA is the man!!!!!!! MERCOLA has always been ahead of the times! Americans are afraid of the sunlight due to the mis-education of the medical industrial complex. There is money $$$$ in big Pharma. Physicians are paid well in this medical industrial complex

As someone who lives in the eternally grey North East of England none of these concerns about the sun or sunscreen affect me 😂

  • at 4:13 pm

What about the sun being one of the major causes for pre-mature aging?

  • at 4:37 pm

I had the worse case of cystic acne on earth during puberty (I wish I was exaggerating) anyways I joined an acne group to help others. I highly recommended laying out in the sun for scar healing. It has truly done wonders for me and I put it in the group chat and got kicked by the dermatologist that runs it. Lol

THANK YOU so much for the information you provide! I am an ex vegan and I really believe the vegan diet caused a lot of deterioration in my body, the most notable being moderate to severe osteoarthritis.. and I'm only 26! My journey of truth seeking started about 4 years ago when my now husband and I dove down many rabbit holes together… the truth of this world is absolutely insane!
In one of your YouTube videos in Costa Rica, you said "I don't know what this life is really about. I don't know why we are alive." You also said in one of your podcasts you wanted a tattoo that will remind you that you will die. Since you have shared so much truth with me, I feel led to share truth with you because I DO know what life is about and I DO know why we are alive. I also know why we die..
I'll try to make this short since I'm sure you are a busy man…
The reason we die is because we were all born into a sinful nature. I'm sure you heard of the story of Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit and corrupted her seed, so from that point on every single person has a corruptible sinful nature. I know this sounds like a fairy tale, but this actually happened.
It not hard to see that humans sin. We can't help it. We lie, cheat, steal, lust, envy, etc.
This is a huge problem because the Creator of everything happens to be holy and just. He cannot be in communion with sin and sin must be punished. Even we as sinful humans would agree that rapists and murderers should be punished. Well God is so just that not only will all rapists be punished but so will all liars. Unfortunately the wages of our sin is separation from God in a place called hell.
But here's the GOOD NEWS! God became a human 2,000 years ago. His name was Jesus. He lived a perfect sinless life and then willingly took on the punishment for YOUR sins. Every single sin was laid on him and the wrath of God was poured out on him as he was crucified on a cross. Then he defeated death and rose from the grave proving that everything he said was true.
Since he took YOUR punishment, you can now receive HIS righteousness as a free gift. He extends his grace and mercy while maintaining perfect justice. All you have to do to receive the righteous of God and eternal life is place your trust in what Jesus did to save you.
Trying to be a "good person" won't save you. You've already sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But HE did all the work. He paid the price and your debt has been paid. You can walk free from God's court room. Literally all it takes is placing your trust in his blood atonement for your sin. You let him know that through prayer and INSTANTLY you will be saved and transformed from the inside out. He will regenerate your heart and mind and you will be an entirely new person.
This is how you can know the truth. And I'm telling you the truth WILL set you free! Being saved by the pure grace of God is incredible. Nothing this world has to offer can even compare.
I hope you give this some thought. You seem to value your life her on earth. How much more valuable is your eternal soul?

Feel free to ask me any questions! Again, thank you so much for what you do!

I wish I could sun my taint and balls with Paul.

It's worth mentioning that apes are actually pink (white) in pigment with fur to protect them. Which most likely means ancient humans would have slowly lost their fur and became darker to protect against the sun.

People always thought I was dumb for not using suntan lotion I knew that shit was garbage

Could you possibly cover something on one of your videos please? Since Sumac is a berry is it ok to use on animal based diet. Or would you say it has as many defense chemicals as the non fruit parts of a vegetable? I've heard it contains high levels of tannins for ex.

  • at 11:42 pm

Ever cover yourself in animal fat before sunbathing? It's incredible. I alternate raw butter, ibérico pork lard and rendered beef fat. I like the pork fat best. My skin has never been better.

I get an awful rash on my arms after 5 minutes in the sun, it's intense in New Zealand. What can you recommend for sunburn?

The fact that the ad before this video started was for an impossible burger is so ironic 😂

I was a land surveyor in California for 35 years and never used sunscreen and never had a problem. I also have psoriasis and made 7 trips to the Dead Sea in Israel and Jordan. At 1400 feet below sea level the Dead Sea is in a basin that fills with ions from the evaporating water; the sunlight is filtered by the thicker atmosphere and the ions so that the wavelengths of light are like the ones in the light booths they use to treat P in the hospital. Three weeks of nude sunbathing for 5 hours a day and my P disappears completely for almost a whole year. You can get a sunburn there, but with just 3 days of building up to it you can be naked in the sun for 5 full hours every day without a problem. My grandkids aren't allowed out of the house without sunscreen and I can't really say anything but it's sad.

getting burnt and blaming the sun is like going to the gym doing 500 pound deadlifts and breaking your spine, after you've 20 years eating cheetos on the couch. Then blaming the gym

  • at 11:57 am

I’m a medical doctor who was skeptical at first about the reduced sunburn, but it definitely happened with me. My whole life I’ve burned in the sun after about 20 minutes. After removing all seed oils, I now go out for a few hours and barely feel it. I’ve also added back in celery for a few days to see if that would cause photosensitivity and it didn’t. I really think, at least for me, that the seed oil hypothesis is the most likely explanation.

what do you think of the studies that medcram talked about saying its melatonin production that helps respiratory illness and not the vitamin d levels?

  • at 4:28 pm

Thank you, Paul, for your valuable and extensive information! I really appreciate your work.

  • at 9:23 pm

The more I research about a variety of topics the more I realize either A)What we we’re told was incomplete or B) Just flat out wrong, which is sad

  • at 9:30 pm

(Haven’t watched the podcast yet but here is a guess) It wouldn’t make any sense that evolution would allow for such an obvious thing to cause something so severe as cancer due to exposure to said thing everyday. The sun is a small “sting” with massive reward at worst but that assumes a “natural” diet and lifestyle. Throw in something unnatural and that can greatly tip the scales too the “sting” being much worse than it needed to be originally

  • at 10:17 am

What about the basal cell and squamous carcinoma now? Since you didn't put anything real up that argues against it, they are still caused by accumulated sun exposure, or aren't they?
