    I was a student at university and now all I can think is what is this guy's skin color. If he is the wrong skin color I will vote him down, this is how university is now teaching people to think about others. I'm not going to watch the whole video because his nose is shaped the wrong way, again this is what university is teaching students.

    Ok Kevin, clearly really knows his stuff, and chef's always seem way more comfortable reheating food than I am, but I always thought it was dangerous to cool and reheat food multiple times?
    The rice and the chicken cold, being thrown in here and cooked again, then going back into the fridge to be reheated later… is that not dangerous in terms of food poisoning?
    Could someone who knows about this stuff explain why it's safe? Thanks

    As a student studying dietetics, I love this video but I would just disregard his nutrition advice. Too much oil doesnt "burn out the nutrients"
