    Use vinegar instead lemon juice. I used lemon juice and it did not curdle properly. It came up perfectly using vinegar.

    Cost of soybean dal makes no sense to prepare TOFU at home. Tofu from market would cost less than buying soyabean dal.

    To make tofu more healthier and free from anti-nutrients such as Trypsin inhibitors and Phytates. Soya beans should be soaked and sprouted and then used to make soya milk.
    Soya is coming from China and it is good for people of China, since nature has made for china. Soya farming in India is making the soil unfit to grow other crops.
    So the farmers are at disadvantage by growing soyabeans. Soya protine is hard to digest for Indians as nature did not intend to give soya seeds to India. Soyabean oil is also not good. Germany medical researchers found that eating pork which was made from pigs who were fed soya flakes which remains when making soyabean oil (In India soyabean farming started to supply this soya flakes as main product by making soyabean oil, and this soyabean oil the by product is sold to the Indian public) caused infertility in German couples.
